Amenities include a 24-hour concierge, valet parking, a pool, fitness center and a wine room with wine lockers. The "round the clock valet parking," is a highlight, according to Mr. Holcomb, who adds that the building’s staff is outstanding. "They’ll bend over backwards for you," he said.

The building also offers an onsite engineer for any renovations its residents might desire.

This particular apartment’s additional offerings include access to three parking spaces, a 1,800-square-foot outdoor terrace and a home office.

The Westwood Village neighborhood of Los Angeles, sandwiched between Beverly Hills and Santa Monica, is home to many high-end homes, as well as some of L.A.’s finest retail offerings and a UCLA campus.
