Terry & Heather Dubrow Bought $13.75 Million Los Angeles Penthouse Below One They Already Own: SEE INSIDE

Terry and Heather Dubrow have just made a major move in the world of real estate. The pair has purchased a Los Angeles penthouse and paid $13.75 million for the spacious abode.

Indeed, “‘Botched’ and ‘Real Housewives’-famed couple Terry and Heather Dubrow now have another Los Angeles perch to call their own — and it’s already rather close to home,” according to the New York Post. “The nest stands directly underneath another penthouse the couple bought for $14 million in October 2022.”

The Post notes that if “they choose to combine them via a staircase, it would become the second largest penthouse inside the Century at approximately 10,854 square feet.” Currently, “[t]he biggest one there is [Tori Spelling’s mom] Candy Spelling’s full two-floor penthouse.”

The Dubrows’ new penthouse boasts around 5,600 square feet and includes three bedrooms and five bathrooms. In fact, the Post points out that the home “[spans] a half-floor of the building.”

“Floor-to-ceiling, or otherwise oversize, windows surround the perimeter — filling the home with light” while also “offer[ing] nearly 360-degree skyline vistas stretching from the Pacific Ocean to the mountains,” per the Post. “Private terraces only enhance the sights.”

Beyond that, the Post notes that the enviable abode features a “primary suite [that] has a sitting area and a spa-like bath retreat. Elsewhere inside, there’s an open kitchen, a massive dining room, fireplaces and room for a home office.”

It’s clear that Terry and Heather aren’t afraid to spend a serious amount of money if they think it’s worth the investment. In fact, “[t]he couple’s purchase price marks the priciest deal so far this year for a condo in Century City — a district known as the home of Fox Studios, and one that’s an easy trip away from famously wealthy Bel-Air and Beverly Hills,” according to the Post.

As for the building — deemed The Century — that includes 42 stories and 140 units, the Post explains that it was designed by the late Robert A.M. Stern, “a prominent New York City-based architect.”

It’s amenities include “an outdoor lap pool and pool deck with private cabanas, a fitness center with private spa treatment rooms, a screening room, a children’s playroom, a business center, a wine storage room, a private dining room and bar, an on-site restaurant with terrace and an Assouline culture lounge,” according to Century City Connection.

Bachir Oueida of Douglas Elliman, who represented the seller, told the Post, “Discerning high-profile buyers are consistently drawn to the Century for its rare combination of exclusivity, privacy, and convenience. With lower density than competing residential towers, residents enjoy fewer neighbors, less congestion, and a more peaceful, private living experience. The building also offers one of the highest levels of security and discretion available in Los Angeles, all while being moments from Beverly Hills.”
