Heather Dubrow Finally Gives a First Look Inside Her New L.A. Penthouse
After recently moving out of her iconic mansion, The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member gave a long-awaited peek inside her new home.
Heather Dubrow is settling into her new home.
Two months after announcing that she and Dr. Terry Dubrow sold their incredible house for a whopping $55 million, The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member shared a peek inside the couple’s gorgeous new Los Angeles digs. “Love my new selfie place in LA,” Heather captioned a December 14 Instagram Story photo that showed her posing in front of a room with cozy white chairs, gray curtains, and a sparkling chandelier.
Last month, Heather also showed her spectacular new sunset view as she snapped a photo from her spacious balcony. She captioned the photo “Home” and added a heart.
Although the decision to sell the Dubrow Chateau surprised some RHOC viewers, Heather opened up about saying goodbye to the iconic home in October. “With two kids at college, we’ve been thinking about our next move,” she told Entertainment Tonight. “We just bought a cool penthouse in L.A., and sometimes, the universe shows you the right direction. Change is exciting!”

At a BravoCon 2022 panel that same month, Heather explained why it felt like the right time to make a move. “When you first get married, and you’re having those conversations about where you’re gonna go, what you’re gonna do with your lives, we’re kind of having like a second moment of that,” she said. “Like, ‘Oh my god, they’re almost gone. What are we gonna do? Where are we gonna go?’ And so we got this apartment as kind of our little pied-à-terre in B-H to see where we’re going next.”
