Terry and Heather Dubrow splash out $13.75M for a Los Angeles penthouse — just below one they already own

“Botched” and “Real Housewives”-famed couple Terry and Heather Dubrow now have another Los Angeles perch to call their own — and it’s already rather close to home.

The pair on Thursday shelled out a cool $13.75 million for a roughly 5,600-square-foot penthouse in the Century City neighborhood, The Post has learned. The listing shows the aerie asked a higher $15.99 million for sale.

The nest stands directly underneath another penthouse the couple bought for $14 million in October 2022.

Should they choose to combine them via a staircase, it would become the second largest penthouse inside the Century at approximately 10,854 square feet. (The biggest one there is Candy Spelling’s full two-floor penthouse.)

The couple’s purchase price marks the priciest deal so far this year for a condo in Century City — a district known as the home of Fox Studios, and one that’s an easy trip away from famously wealthy Bel-Air and Beverly Hills.

The residence has three bedrooms and five bathrooms. Spanning a half-floor of the building, it offers nearly 360-degree skyline vistas stretching from the Pacific Ocean to the mountains. Private terraces only enhance the sights.

Floor-to-ceiling, or otherwise oversize, windows surround the perimeter — filling the home with light.

For its part, the primary suite has a sitting area and a spa-like bath retreat. Elsewhere inside, there’s an open kitchen, a massive dining room, fireplaces and room for a home office.

The late Robert A.M. Stern — a prominent New York City-based architect — designed the building, whose amenities include a resort-style pool, a spa, a wine cellar and a screening room. Stern died this past Thanksgiving at the age of 86 from a pulmonary illness. The building stands 42 stories and houses 140 units.

Bachir Oueida of Douglas Elliman represented the seller. Cassandra Petersen Harris of Coldwell Banker and Charlie Edgar of the Go Group at Sotheby’s represented the Dubrows.

“Discerning high-profile buyers are consistently drawn to the Century for its rare combination of exclusivity, privacy, and convenience,” Oueida told The Post in a statement. “With lower density than competing residential towers, residents enjoy fewer neighbors, less congestion, and a more peaceful, private living experience. The building also offers one of the highest levels of security and discretion available in Los Angeles, all while being moments from Beverly Hills.
