Robert A.M. Stern’s “The Century” sees record sale as Terry and Heather Dubrow expand penthouse holdings

The half-floor residence offers panoramic Pacific vistas and nearly 6,000 square feet of luxury living space.

Television personalities Terry and Heather Dubrow have expanded their real estate portfolio with the $13.75 million purchase of a penthouse in the exclusive Century building, marking the highest condo sale in the neighborhood so far this year, as reported exclusively by the New York Post.

The 5,600-square-foot residence sits directly beneath a separate penthouse the couple acquired for $14 million in October 2022. If the two units are combined, the resulting 10,854-square-foot duplex would become the second-largest penthouse in the tower, surpassed only by the two-floor residence owned by Candy Spelling.

The three-bedroom, five-bathroom home occupies half a floor and was originally listed for $15.99 million. The interior features floor-to-ceiling windows and expansive private terraces, offering nearly 360-degree views of the Los Angeles skyline, the Pacific Ocean, and the surrounding mountains.

Designed by the late architect Robert A.M. Stern, the 42-story building is a staple of the Century City skyline, located near Fox Studios and the Platinum Triangle of Beverly Hills and Bel-Air. Resident amenities include a resort-style swimming pool, a private screening room, a wine cellar, and a spa.

The Dubrows, known for their time on “Botched” and “The Real Housewives of Orange County,” were represented in the transaction by Cassandra Petersen Harris of Coldwell Banker and Charlie Edgar of Sotheby’s International Realty. Bachir Oueida of Douglas Elliman served as the listing agent for the seller.
