Heather and Terry Dubrow Just Snagged Another L.A. Penthouse for $13.8 Million
When Heather Dubrow and Terry Dubrow went looking for a Los Angeles pied-à-terre in 2022, they landed on a ritzy Roberto Cavalli–designed penthouse occupying half of the 38th floor at The Century, a 42-story residential tower by Robert A.M. Stern Architects on Avenue of the Stars that has long attracted celebrities from Rihanna to Matthew Perry and Candy Spelling.
The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member and the plastic surgeon known for Botched have now paid Jonathan Woetzel of McKinsey & Company just under $13.8 million for another penthouse directly downstairs. The 37th-floor unit was first listed in late 2024 for nearly $16 million, briefly taken off the market, then reintroduced in summer 2025 at a slightly higher price before ultimately selling to the Dubrows at a substantial discount.
Once they spread out into their new digs, the couple will enjoy 5,600 square feet of additional living space currently offering three bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and a powder room, plus four terraces overlooking skyline, mountain, and ocean views. Other highlights include a sprawling great room sporting a stone fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows. A formal dining area connects to a kitchen outfitted with high-end appliances, an eat-in island, and a breakfast nook, while an opulent primary retreat comes with a fireplace, a separate sitting area, a bespoke closet, and a luxe marble bath with dual vanities, a built-in soaking tub, and a glass-encased shower.
Should the TV reality stars decide to combine the two properties with a staircase, they would preside over roughly 10,800 square feet, making it the second-largest penthouse behind Spelling's duplex.
There are also plenty of perks available to residents courtesy of a hefty $6,926 monthly HOA charge. Included are a 24-hour concierge and valet, a restaurant, and a 75-foot lap pool with cabanas, along with four acres of landscaped gardens hosting alfresco dining areas, fountains, and botanical walking paths.
Though they sold their elaborate Newport Coast mansion known as the Dubrow Chateau three years ago to medical device tycoon Xu Hang for a record-breaking $55 million, they still maintain a residence in Orange County. Last year, they also bought and sold a home in the mountains above Beverly Hills that was previously owned by legendary producer Dino De Laurentiis and his filmmaker wife, Martha De Laurentiis.
